01 · PLAN

Note the dance form or event theme, performance date, number of costumes, sizes and preferred colours. Mention whether you wish to rent or buy.

02 · ENQUIRE

Contact the store on WhatsApp or visit in Alathur. Ask which costume and accessory options can be arranged for your date.

03 · TRY

Check the fit and list every included costume piece and ornament. Discuss any separate accessories before finalising your selection.

04 · AGREE

Confirm the total price, any deposit, collection date, rental return date and the store’s cancellation, cleaning, damage and late-return conditions.

05 · COLLECT

At collection, check the agreed items, condition and fastening. Keep any instructions provided by the shop for wearing and handling the costume.

06 · RETURN

For rental items, return the complete agreed set on time and follow the shop’s care instructions. Ask before washing or altering any costume.
